We will, where reasonably possible, assist customers in communicating with the relevant shipping carrier regarding delayed shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, and any additional information required for delivery.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the recipient's failure to accept delivery, unpaid customs duties or taxes, or the customer's refusal of the shipment, the order may be returned to us.
